How to Make Porcelain Doll?

There are varying materials for making a doll, one of them is a puppet of porcelain, and surely this will be very interesting if you like to make dolls. Making process of this porcelain doll is a little complicated, but with satisfactory results, I think our hard work would pay off. For that I will share some steps to make porcelain dolls.

First, we need to make dolls from clay models, and then cut the model into several pieces and made the print.
Second, the mold pieces are reassembled, thereby becoming a reconstruction puppet using gypstone doll.
Third, make a mold with pieces of the gypstone doll.
Fourth, contents of / casting molds with porcelain clay that has been specially processed (formulated porcelain clay). This casting process takes approximately 90 minutes, depending on mold size.
Fifth, reassembled the mold to be a good doll, refined and wash with water.
Sixth, Fuel at a temperature of 1350 degrees Celcius for 15 hours in a gas furnace, prop doll with milestones in order to form the doll does not shrink and remains proportional.
Seventh, refrigerate the finished porcelain doll for seven hours.
Eighth, give the doll accessories that have been finished.

Washing Doll’s Hair

There are several types of dolls that have hair, for example, a Barbie doll. Cleaning or washing the doll’s hair was often forgotten, we just stuck to clean the body only. Yet hair is also one nest of dust and dirt that can be a source of illness for you or your child. For that I will share tips on how to wash the doll’s hair and what tools should be prepared.

• First, prepare in advance equipment, such as Windex, water, metal comb, plastic wrap and detangler of fabric softener.
• Second, wet the doll’s hair with warm water, Windex Spray through hair and work in thoroughly. Then rinse with warm water and repeat if Necessary, after that blot hair dry with towels.
• Third, Spray detangler in through hair and comb through with metal comb. Start at the bottom and work your way up to the top. If your doll’s hair is especially dry and frizzy give it a deep conditioning treatment. Saturate the hair and wrap the hair with plastic wrap. Let this sit for a couple of days, then remove wrap and let hair air dry. Last, rinse with warm water and you can repeat it if necessary.
